She subsequently served as an Assistant Professor and has now been promoted to Associate Professor at the same institution. She has received ATLS certification in trauma management and Training of Trainers (TOT) training in Basic Surgical Skills from the Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons (BCPS). She has been a co-author of four national and one international journal
